It recognizes those who go above and beyond in their efforts to educate and involve the community in meaningful ways. We are so proud and honored to receive this award because it shows our dedication and commitment to not only this community, our industry and our hard working staff and roofers.
Our Journey with FORTIFIED
The Fortified program focuses on strengthening homes to withstand sever weather, reducing damage and ensuring the safety of their homes and the homeowners. At Patriot Roofing, we have embraced the principals of FORTFIED and are committed to building awareness and promoting the importance of upgrading to a FORTIFIED roof. This community matters to us and our job as general contractor is to educate and inform the public of what options are available in protecting your home during a hurricane or when severe weather hits home. Your home and everything under the roof is your most protected asset and we want to do everything we can to help homeowners mitigate loss.
North Carolina is the 2nd largest state that has the most fortified roofs and we plan to keep spreading the word. We live in Coastal Carolina and the best thing we can do as a building professional is to inform and educate. We are passionate about our affiliation with Fortified and we will continue to foster and support their mission.
On July 31st, The North Carolina Insurance Underwriters Association is rolling out the new grant program and homeowners will be eligible to apply for $6000 to apply for a Fortified roof upgrade.
