Marketing Coordinator
Alexis Siebert is the Marketing Coordinator for Patriot Roofing & Exteriors and serves as one of the primary educational content contributors for the company’s website, social media platforms, video library, email campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. A North Carolina native, Alexis began developing marketing skills long before entering the roofing industry. Growing up during the early days of digital media, she spent years learning graphic design, content creation, and audience engagement through self-directed experience and professional development. Her background includes work in healthcare, optical services, customer experience, and business development, giving her a broad understanding of how to communicate complex topics in a way that is useful and accessible. Since joining Patriot Roofing & Exteriors, Alexis has expanded her expertise beyond marketing into roofing systems, exterior restoration, insurance claims education, gutter systems, and FORTIFIED™ roofing standards. Through industry training programs and contractor certifications, she works closely with project specialists, manufacturers, and industry partners to ensure company content remains accurate, relevant, and homeowner-focused. Alexis believes that effective marketing should educate first. Rather than focusing solely on advertising, she develops resources that help homeowners understand roof replacement options, storm damage, maintenance requirements, insurance processes, and exterior improvement projects. Her work helps bridge the gap between technical construction knowledge and everyday consumer understanding. Outside of roofing, Alexis is actively involved in community leadership throughout Southeastern North Carolina. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce and is also a yoga instructor who teaches classes focused on mindfulness, movement, and community connection. Her combination of business leadership, education, and community involvement influences the way she approaches both marketing and customer communication.

Built a career in the restaurant industry, serving in leadership roles as a manager, trainer, and consultant. During this time, Alexis developed expertise in team leadership, operations management, customer experience, employee training, business development, and marketing initiatives. These years established the communication and leadership skills that continue to influence her work today.
