Originally from New Hampshire, Brandy Fryklund entered the roofing industry when a friend expanded his roofing company and introduced her to the trade. That opportunity developed into a career working directly with homeowners and building practical knowledge of roofing systems, exterior products, and the project process.

Brandy has 4.5 years of industry experience, with a focus on helping homeowners evaluate exterior improvement options based on their property, goals, and the demands placed on the building envelope. Her areas of expertise include asphalt shingle roofing, metal roofing, replacement windows, and siding.

As a Project Specialist with Patriot Roofing & Exteriors, Brandy works with homeowners throughout the project process, helping them understand available materials, roofing systems, and exterior solutions. Her FORTIFIED certification is particularly relevant for homes in coastal North Carolina, where wind, rain, and severe weather can influence decisions about roof design and installation.

Brandy’s approach centers on clear communication and practical education. Rather than expecting homeowners to understand construction terminology, she helps explain the differences between products and systems so customers can make informed decisions about their homes.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her dog and searching for crystals and fossils. She is also involved with Jacksonville Rotary, connecting her professional work with the Jacksonville community.
