Diana Watkins serves as a Project Specialist for Patriot Roofing & Exteriors, where she works directly with homeowners and property owners across Southeastern North Carolina. Her role includes roof inspections, project planning, insurance claim assistance, and coordinating exterior improvement projects that improve both durability and long-term value. Since entering the roofing industry in January 2023, Diana has developed expertise in residential roofing systems, commercial roofing applications, FORTIFIED™ roofing standards, siding, replacement windows, and gutter systems. Her training through Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and the FORTIFIED™ program allows her to provide guidance tailored to the demands of coastal weather conditions. In addition to her work with customers, Diana is actively involved in advancing opportunities for women in the construction and building industries. She serves as Vice Chair of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Professional Women in Building Council and Secretary of the North Carolina Professional Women in Building Council. Through these leadership roles, she contributes to workforce development, industry education, and professional growth initiatives throughout the region. Originally from Philadelphia and now calling Wilmington home, Diana enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, reading, attending music festivals with her son, and following hockey, football, and baseball. She is also a supporter of Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and regularly participates in community-focused initiatives that strengthen local neighborhoods.
