As a Project Coordinator at Patriot Roofing & Exteriors, Isabella Hauck works directly with homeowners and property owners throughout Coastal North Carolina to help them navigate exterior improvement and restoration projects. Her role combines customer service, project coordination, and industry knowledge to ensure clients understand their options and receive timely support throughout the construction process. Originally from Sacramento, California, Isabella now calls Wilmington, North Carolina home. Her transition to the Southeast has given her firsthand insight into the unique challenges coastal properties face, including severe weather, wind-driven rain, and the importance of resilient exterior systems. Over the course of her career in the roofing and exterior industry, Isabella has developed experience in residential roofing, commercial roofing, insurance claims assistance, FORTIFIED™ roofing systems, siding, replacement windows, and gutter systems. She works closely with customers to explain project scopes, coordinate scheduling, and help ensure each project moves efficiently from inspection through completion. Isabella’s approach is rooted in communication and education. She believes homeowners make better decisions when they understand their property’s condition, available solutions, and long-term maintenance considerations. By helping customers navigate complex restoration and replacement projects, she contributes to Patriot Roofing & Exteriors’ mission of protecting homes and businesses throughout Eastern North Carolina. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys reading, paddleboarding, camping, yoga, and skiing. She is also a certified soccer referee and actively participates in professional networking through the Port City Young Professionals (PCYP) organization.
