Stephanie Bolton

Stephanie Bolton leads Patriot Roofing and Exteriors as Owner and General Contractor, overseeing residential and commercial roofing, exterior renovations, Fortified roofing systems, insurance restoration projects, and historic preservation work throughout southeastern North Carolina. Her professional background blends construction expertise with legal training, operational leadership, and community development experience. Before entering the roofing and exterior construction industry, Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law and completed her undergraduate degree Cum Laude at Bowling Green State University. Her legal education continues to influence her approach to contracts, project oversight, insurance claim navigation, regulatory compliance, and homeowner communication. Over the course of more than two decades in the industry, Stephanie has completed advanced manufacturer and safety training through Owens Corning, GAF, Mule Hide, OSHA, and the Fortified Roofing program. As a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, she specializes in coastal roofing systems designed for durability, wind resistance, moisture protection, and long-term exterior performance in hurricane-prone environments. She has also completed historic construction coursework through Cape Fear Community College, supporting her work with preservation-focused projects and historic properties. Stephanie’s leadership extends well beyond construction projects. She has served as President of the Historic Wilmington Foundation and remains active on its Board of Trustees. She is also involved with the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, BNI, Professional Women in Building (PWB), National Women in Roofing (NWIR), Women in Construction (WIC), and multiple regional leadership organizations. Her speaking engagements and mentorship work include participation in Glow Academy’s Cool Women Hot Jobs program, industry panels, leadership institutes, and workforce development initiatives across New Hanover County.
